Important Information

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after the 15th deadline will be processed the following month
  • Processing begins on the 16th and orders typically ship between the 25th-30th
  • You'll receive tracking information once your order ships
  • Order modifications can only be made before the processing deadline

Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped
  • Address changes must be made before the monthly processing deadline
  • We recommend using your work address if you're not home during delivery hours

Delivery Issues

  • Contact us immediately if your package is damaged or missing items
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues
  • Replacement items will be included in the next month's processing
  • Perishable items have specific handling and replacement policies
